Polzeath Beach

Polzeath Beach

Polzeath is ideal for surfing year-round. Plan your stay and surfing activities with the help of our live surf and weather forecast with webcam links to view waves in real-time.

Polzeath Beach has a relaxed surf-vibe, with parking on the beach and independent shops to mooch about in or Bars and Cafés. The beach is patrolled by RNLI lifeguards from Easter to October, when it is dog-free, and offers some of the best surf in the UK for surfers and paddleboarders. Novices can try the surf with Wavehunters, while children will love paddling in the rock pools and building sandcastles.

Enjoy the Atlantic Bar & Kitchen offering a wide range of food and drink, best later in the day on the terraces to enjoy the amazing sunsets.

The Surf gives consistent, slow, intermediate-friendly walls, spread along the beach as well as to the north, with reasonable right breaks off Pentire Point

Enjoy our 24-hour live streaming webcam of Polzeath, a sweeping sandy blue flag beach on the North Cornwall coast. Offering glorious views over Hayle Bay and the Atlantic Ocean, it is the ideal way to check out the surf conditions.
