Booking & Accommodation

How do I make a booking?

We operate an online booking system which can be found here for our Seaview Apartments and here for our Hotel Rooms. Search by the dates that you require and the number of guests and select a suitable room or apartment. If you cannot see the room or apartment you require you can get in touch by clicking here.

How do I know that my reservation is confirmed?

Upon completion of booking via our online booking system you will receive a Confirmation email. The Confirmation email will serve as your booking voucher. This will contain all the details needed for your visit (check-in and check-out dates, number of guests, any room extras added at the time of booking, address and contact phone number details for the hotel and any other instructions needed).

If you have any other extra requests that you cannot see during the booking process please contact the hotel directly via the form below.

Facilities & Services

How do I find out which facilities / services each room or apartment has?

Please refer to the individual room and apartments via our website for a full list of room facilities which can be found here for hotel rooms and here for apartments.

We can also provide a full list of ‘Little Extras’ via our Reception here.

Can I order an extra cot or high chair for my room?

Please get in touch via the form below for any extra room requests. If you have not received email confirmation of your request please call the hotel directly to confirm on 01208 510029.

What if we have any other special requests?

Please let us know at the time of booking where special arrangements are required such as dietary, room location etc. and we will do our best to make sure we get everything right for you. Whilst every effort will be made to meet these requests, they are not guaranteed.

Change of booking / cancellation

Can I cancel my booking after I have received booking confirmation?

All cancellations must be confirmed via e-mail to bookings@polzeathbeachhouse.co.uk. If you do not receive an acknowledgement, please telephone Reception to ensure that your email has been received and noted. Without written notification that your cancellation is acknowledged by us, the full charge will be deducted.

Arrivals & How to find us

What time can we check in?

Check in is at 4pm the day of your arrival. We do try to get your accommodation available earlier and will call you if this is possible on the day. Check out from apartments is by 10am to enable us prepare it for the next guests arriving. Check out from hotel rooms is by 11am on the day of your departure. Full arrival and departure terms can be found in our Terms and Conditions here.

How do we get to Polzeath Beach House?

If you are driving you can find directions here.

 

Do you have onsite parking?

There is free parking for our guests, with limited availability and is on a first come basis all year round. You will be able to park at the rear of the hotel to unload and Reception will be able to direct you to local parking if needed a short walk away.

Pre-Arrival Check

We call all our guests 7 days before their arrival date to check all the details for their upcoming stay are correct. This call is followed up with an email and if you do not receive this, please telephone us on 01208 510029.

Dining at the Hotel

Do you have a restaurant at the hotel?

Polzeath Beach House has a restaurant on-site, The Atlantic Bar & Kitchen, operated by the Harbour Brewing company. You will need to book tables in advance which can be done here: BOOK HERE

 

Our hotel guests enjoy breakfast in The Atlantic every morning, and our apartment guests are welcome to book a table for breakfast in advance through Reception.

 

We strongly recommend you book all your restaurants and taxis in advance of your arrival and our Reception Team can help you with this by calling them on 01208 510029.

 

Cornwall continues to experience staff shortages in the hospitality sector which has led to reduced opening times and limited menus being available. Please be understanding as it is understood that this can be frustrating but is generally beyond Establishments’ control.
