Epphaven

Epphaven is a large bright Duplex apartment located on the 2nd floor, boasting spectacular views over Polzeath Beach from the Juliet balconies – ideal for groups of friends or families to share a memorable holiday. The Master Suite is located on the upper floor with an ensuite shower room and a private sky deck with sensational views.
 
On the lower floor, there are 2 further bedrooms and an ensuite bathroom. One has a super king hypnos bed that can be set up as a twin, creating flexible accommodation for families. The open plan living and dining area has a fully-fitted kitchen which includes:

– Washer/dryer

– Microwave
– Dishwasher
 
Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi. Use of Surf Shack with board storage, drying room for wetsuits, WC & showers.
 
Between 1 July and 2 September, Epphaven is available for a minimum stay of 7 nights arriving on a Saturday. For all other months, a minimum stay of 4 nights is required. Call Reception to discuss alternative options on 01208 510029.
 
About Epphaven
Epphaven is named after Epphaven Cove that is submerged at high tide and is rocky until the lowest part of the tide when a sandy beach is revealed. At low tide, the beach merges with the adjacent beaches to form a continuous strip of sand around Lundy Bay. The beach is sheltered and to the west of it is ‘Lundy Hole’, a hole in the cliff left by a collapsed sea cave! A fantastic walk over the headlands to the Rumps or eastward to Port Quin.
