Greenaway is a large bright Duplex apartment located on the 2nd floor, boasting spectacular views over Polzeath Beach from the Juliet balconies – ideal for groups of friends or families to share a memorable holiday. The Master Suite is located on the upper floor with an ensuite shower room, and a private sky deck with sensational views.
 
On the lower floor, there are 2 further bedrooms and an ensuite bathroom. One has a super king hypnos bed that can be set up as a twin, creating flexible accommodation for families. The open plan living and dining area has a fully-fitted kitchen which includes:

Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi. Use of Surf Shack with board storage, drying room for wetsuits, WC & showers.
 
Between 1 July and 2 September, Greenaway is available for a minimum stay of 7 nights arriving on a Friday. For all other months, a minimum stay of 4 nights is required. Call Reception to discuss alternative options on 01208 510029.
 
About Greenaway
Named after Greenaway beach, tucked away in Trebetherick near Polzeath, this hidden gem which is often overlooked. The little cove is only usable at lower tides and consists of coarse sand with lots of rock pools backed by low rocky cliffs. Access is via a set of steep steps down from the coast path. Almost always quiet, Greenaways Beach is a great place to relax and take in the scenery.
